We want every homeowner who contacts Nahualesmayas Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Nahualesmayas Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Nahualesmayas Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@nahualesmayas.hair and include these items:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
