How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local tree removal provider in the network. Nahualesmayas Tree Service does not send its own crews. The provider is a separate business. It gives you the estimate, does the work and answers your questions.

What Happens on the Call

First, you describe the tree and the problem. Next, the provider asks follow-up questions. Then you agree on a next step, such as an on-site look or a written estimate.

Have these ready:

  • Your address and the tree's location on the property
  • What it is touching: roof, fence, driveway, wires
  • Photos and your dated notes
  • Any past quotes or policy details

Take photos first, then start the conversation. Good notes make estimates easier and help the provider understand the job before anyone visits.

What to Ask a Provider

Use this checklist:

1. Can you give a written estimate with the full scope? 2. Does the price include cleanup, haul-away and stump grinding? 3. Who handles permits or utility coordination, if needed? 4. What license and insurance details can you show me? 5. How will you protect the lawn, roof and nearby structures? 6. What is your availability, and what could change it? 7. Can you help document the damage for a claim?

Write down each answer with the date. Compare providers on paper, not from memory.

You Are in Control

A referral does not lock you in. You can request more than one estimate. You can ask questions, say no and take time to read the quote. Costs vary by tree size, access, condition and location, so a written quote matters more than any rough range. Some policies may cover sudden damage; check your policy before you decide. If something in the quote is unclear, ask the provider to explain it in plain words before you agree to anything.
